I cannot tell a lie -- this bike doesn't really exist. The original is from Xtreme Cycle Design; I Photoshopped it into a single swing-arm just to see what it would look like.

Note that this design has both a single swing-arm and a single fork arm on the front!

An interesting concept, but I just don't see the "hubless" design going anywhere. But I like the "biohazard" front wheel design.
